• Exchanges: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges. However, we are committed to working with you to resolve any issues.

• Local Delivery: We offer delivery services within Dallas, Texas. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for more details.

• Pickup: Orders can also be picked up from our studio in Dallas. Please ensure you collect your order within the agreed pickup window to maintain the freshness of your flowers.
